A well-deserved five stars for this super trendy new eatery in town. Sondra the host and Roger our server are super friendly and attentive. Everything we had from the grilled octopus appetizer to the scallop dinner was perfectly cooked and plated. They even gave us complementary mini sorbet bowl between courses. Great job guys. Can’t wait to come back.

If you have not gone yet, I highly recommend Cafe Chameleon! Fantastic new restaurant in Bloomingdale! Went there for the first time for our Anniversary. It was amazing!! 5 stars! Food, ambiance, service; all was outstanding!

As compared to its former, I love this place! A new promising restaurant in an area needing such a spot.The farm to table concept is very much alive and the taste and quality backs the menu greatly.The pricing may seem high, but the quality accommodates it nicely, fairly.Thee Old Fashioned was ok.Less ice. Cannot wait for a second visit.

There's something to be said about a business that is dealing with everything going on and still maintains great quality and customer service. Ordered delivery 2 Margherita pies and a ceaser salad with chicken. Both tasted great, the pies are personal sized and perfect for a light dinner and the salad tasted great the chicken on top was cooked just right. The delivery was at my house in a half hour tops. Will definitely be going back there.

The food is excellent. Fresh, perfectly cooked, seasonal. The service is horrendous. We start at the bar before being seated. Lost drink orders piled up at the edge of the bar. Every server was confused about something. This chaos continued into the dining room. 8 tables, two servers, no one came to fill waters or to follow up. Our drink and side orders were forgotten. The waiter apologized and said, "I hope you decide to come back". If this place gets their front of house together, it'll be great. This is exactly what Bloomingdale needs, but not if presented in it's current state.

One of the main dining attractions sure to bring locals and outsiders together, the food is divine and the atmosphere elegant. The food portions may seem small and pricey, but they are filling and the food is farm to table direct, never frozen. This is a place to go if you do not want to be rushed and enjoy the full expierence. They were even gracious enough to forgive me for not picking up a to go order when I was rushed to the ER. The owner showed great concern and even took care of us the next time we ordered out. To me, they went above and beyond and I look forward to watching them grow.

Charming restaurant. Excellent food, fresh and locally picked.Some comments say service is too slow. In my opinion it is just right. I do not want to be rushed at dinner. I enjoy having some wine, getting my appetizer, enjoying some more wine and then being served my entree (after a nice scoop of frozen sorbet). True fine dining in a local charming bistro. I will definitely be coming back soon!!

I was at the restaurant with a group of seven last night for the first time. We all had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating, the atmosphere was very pleasant and most of all the food and service was outstanding. I had the octopus appetizer and the scallops for my main course it was probably the best I ever had. The rest of the party had tried most of the menu from the squash soup, aged beef tartar and the foie gras for appetizers to the pork which was juicy and tender the arctic char, the beef sirloin and the duck special every dish was presented perfectly and tasted wonderful. The bar drinks were very good and the wine list for a new restaurant was extraordinary. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.

Had a great time at this restaurant tonight with a group of friends. Very stylish interior. Great food and service. Loved my scallops appetizer, snapper entree and apple turnover dessert! Also nice wine and cocktail list! A truly lovely evening!

The food was excellent, but the portions are small. Seems like they are still figuring how to manage tables. We ordered ravioli and got 3 on the plate... Only 3 for 50$ ish

We were so looking forward to coming, but so disappointed! We made a reservation on Opentable and couldn’t get in until 8pm, which is late for a Friday. Once we arrived, the place was half empty! What’s up with that? My friend ordered a dirty martini on the rocks and it was served in a martini glass with very little to no olive juice. Ice drink served in a martini glass? We ordered wine and the waiter brought the wrong year- amateur move. I tasted the wine, once he brought the correct bottle, and, after I approved it, the waiter poured my glass first- also rookie move! There were no salads on the small menu, but they did offer my husband a Caesar salad which was just meh. My friend loved the foie gras and scallops, but we were underwhelmed by the greasy Arctic char and pork. Too bad, we were hoping for a great place near home, but this place needs some help before we’d return.

Exciting to go to a new place. Happy water was brought to the table, but set jug on table expecting us I guess to pour our own. Food was interesting but limited, but don't expect a salad option unless you sit in bar for that menu. Hmm... Servings were small for $268 for 4. Four scallops with garnish for 32 is a little much for me. Ended up at Rails and now ordering appetizers. Parking was easy.

Besides the food being amazing, the staff is just so friendly and welcoming which makes all the difference for me. A business that knows how to treat customers is who I want to support, I'll always come back here for that reason

Absolutely amazing staff with authentic and delicious farm to table food. You can ask them where anything came from and they will tell you. I would highly suggest the scallops, their old fashions, and their cucumber martinis!

A co-worker and I went on the fly via google just to get out of the house. Everything was excellent, I will definitely revisit!!!

Really fantastic place! The interior is gorgeous, the food was amazing (highly recommend the beet salad and gnocchi) and the service was great. Our waitress was really attentive, and the owners clearly care about making Cafe Chameleon the best it can be. It's definitely a higher end place, and the prices reflect that, but they are 100% worth it. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Our party of eight had a great time last week. Great drinks and delicious food. Some of our favorites were the foie gras, the pork belly, the roast chicken and the scallops. Pasta special with shaved truffles was amazing. Nice, welcoming staff too. Can’t wait to return to try the winter menu.

Cafe Chameleon's modern and magical atmosphere sets the stage for their amazing food! The wait staff was helpful and attentive. The owners were genuinely pleased that we enjoyed our meal. We had the Roasted Beet appetizer, Sea Scallops, and Faroe Salmon. Each was expertly prepared and delicious. I will definitely return!
